Andrej obtained PhD in 2001 in Theoretical and mathematical physics at Comenius University (Slovakia). He was a JSPS postdoc at Kobe University (Japan) and Humboldt fellow at Aachen University (Germany). He is a senior researcher at Research Center for Quantum Information, Slovak Academy of Sciences in Bratislava. Andrej is experienced in numerical simulations of quantum and classical systems focusing on Tensor Networks and Real Space Renormalization techniques. His research areas include theory of solid-state physics, quantum information and quantum gravity.
